WINNER NOTIFICATION: The prize winner will be notified via Instagram or Facebook Direct Message on Thursday, May 18, and must provide contact information within 3 days. Prize Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by law) to be returned within 14 days of written notification, or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. If a prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to a potential winner, if potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) days from the first notification attempt, or if potential winner fails to return the signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within five (5) business days thereafter, or if a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.
GENERAL: By accepting a prize, the Prize Winner agrees to release the Sponsor from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the Contest or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of prize awarded.
